Wedding run through for all those part of the ceremony.

We look forward to seeing anyone who is in town the night before the wedding at our Friday evening Welcome Party! Drop by for cocktails anytime between 7:30 - 9:30pm.

Please RSVP if you plan to utilize the transportation we have organized to/from Planet Bluegrass. Buses will make one pick-up (2:30 pm) and one drop-off (10:30 pm) at the Boulder Marriott, 2660 Canyon Blvd. Transportation is available to all guests, including those local to Boulder. If you choose to drive yourself, there is ample parking at the venue. Do note that Planet Bluegrass is in Lyons and about 30 minutes away from downtown Boulder.

Please note that this is both an outdoor/indoor wedding. Ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner will be outside on what we expect to be an epicly beautiful Fall day in Colorado. Reception and dancing will follow in an indoor pavilion. Things to note: 1. Weather in Colorado is unpredictable. Fall can still be quite warm, or we could be having some unusually chilly evenings. Always best to be prepared with layers. Dress however you will be most comfortable! 2. Ladies should plan to wear sensible outdoor shoes. Majority of the event will take place on grass so flats or block heels are recommended.
